Document Permissions
When sharing documents, you can assign one of three roles:

| Owner | Full access — can edit, delete, upload images, and manage sharing |
| Editor | Can edit the document and upload images |
| Viewer | Read-only access |

Tips
- Organize with folders — Create folders in the sidebar to group related documents
- Use the command palette — Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to quickly navigate, search documents, and access actions
- Share with a link — Make a document public to share it with anyone, or invite specific collaborators
- Paste images — Copy an image and paste it directly into the editor — it will be uploaded automatically

The command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K) is the fastest way to navigate Syncpen. Use it to search documents, create new ones, or quickly switch between files.
